FAQs

Are the bags ethically made?
KUUČKO's founder and designer makes all bags by hand in Naarm (Melbourne) and Berlin.

I see a bag I like, but would like it in a different colour or size. Can you do that?
Definitely! You can customise any bag you see, or design a whole new one. Head over here to find out more.

Are the bags strong?
The fishing line we used to thread the beads together is very strong. It's very unlikely that the bag will break, however we do not recommend carrying oversized or very heavy items as it can stretch or compromise the shape of the bag.

How many of each design are made?
The bags are very exclusive, and no more than 10 of each design are produced and sold.

How often are new designs released?
New designs are released weekly. Stay up to date on the weekly drops by following us on Instagram at @kuucko

Where do you ship to?
KUUČKO currently ships worldwide – we ship out of Naarm (Melbourne) and Berlin.

Can I return my bag if I change my mind?
Each bag will come with a paper security seal. If you change your mind, please return the bag with the seal still intact within 30 days of receiving it. Unfortunately, we can not cover the cost of returns. Reach out to hello@kuucko.com if you would like to organise a return.

Why do you call Melbourne 'Naarm'?
Naarm is the Indigenous name for the land stolen from the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin nation – what many people know as 'Melbourne'. Sovereignty has never ceded.
